Camstar Systems’ employees will soon be seeing new faces at their Silicon Valley headquarters with the company’s new purchase of SigmaQuest. Camstar has bought the new company in its entirety, with all SigmaQuest employees to become Camstar staff members. SigmaQuest is a provider of software as a service supply (SaaS) chain intelligence solution.

“Global manufacturers and brand owners are wrestling with optimizing and leveraging the cost advantages of growing global supply networks while ensuring product quality to protect their brands,” said Scott Toney, president and CEO of Camstar. “With the acquisition of SigmaQuest, we are uniquely positioned to provide the service and technology for global manufacturers to have the transparency and collaboration required to efficiently manage their contract manufacturers and suppliers.”
