Centrotherm photovoltaics executive old guard to step down

PV manufacturing equipment specialist centrotherm photovoltaics said that Hans Autenrieth and Peter Augustin are to set down from the management Board of the company at the end of the year. 

Centrotherm said that Boris Klebensberger, former president of Solarworld Industries America and COO of SolarWorld AG had been appointed COO. He will be responsible for production operations and technology at the equipment firm, starting at the beginning of September.

As a result of the management changes, Boris Klebensberger and CFO, Florian von Gropper would become the only two members of the management Board at year-end, down from three members.
