Etrion seeking sale of 60MW PV power plant portfolio to expand in Japan

Etrion owns 139MW of installed solar capacity in Italy, Chile and Japan with 34MW of solar projects under construction in Japan with plans to develop additional greenfield solar power projects in the country.

Independent power producer Etrion Corporation said it was evaluating the possible sale of its 60MW PV power plant portfolio in Italy to raise funds to expand project development in Japan.

Etrion said that it had engaged financial advisor Greenhill & Co. International LLP to assist in the evaluation.
