Italian renewable energy group Enel Green Power has started construction of a 170MW agrivoltaics solar PV plant in Italy.

Two projects are in Massachusetts and the remaining one is in New York State.

Avangrid – the US subsidiary of Spanish utility Iberdrola – has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with social media giant Meta for power produced at its True North solar PV project in Falls County, Texas.

Brookfield Renewable acquires a 50% stake in renewable developer X-Elio from its joint venture partner and investment firm KKR. 

One of these projects, with a DC capacity of about 13MW, is expected to achieve ready to build status within six months.
