“We are very pleased to have gained the trust and confidence of X-ELIO, one of the most professional and experienced developers and investors in the PV industry,” said Kangping Chen, CEO of JinkoSolar. “Supplying their large-scale pipeline projects in Spain and Mexico with our ultra-high efficiency PERC Mono modules has allowed us to significantly expand our share of the Spanish and Mexican PV markets this year.”
X-ELIO has built more than 1.6GW of solar capacity with 41 plants in operation.
JinkoSolar is one of the only companies to have AA-Rating module bankability status within the industry today, according to the PV ModuleTech Bankability Rankings report. It also recently guided up to 20GW of PV module shipments in 2020, at least a 25% increase over new 2019 shipment guidance levels.
