“TMB is particularly well suited for solar process
deposition applications because it has a superior thermal stability
relative to more conventional boron sources. We have also significantly
improved the levels of contaminants in the product to insure that TMB
will continue to provide superior electrical properties in next
generation solar processes,” said Mike Pikulin, Voltaix Senior Vice
President.

Voltaix uses a solvent-free process in the production of trimethylboron.
