JCM Capital said it had secured an undisclosed tranche of funds as part of a US$50 million private placement offering.

Canadian-based PV project developer JCM Capital said it had secured an undisclosed tranche of funds as part of a US$50 million private placement offering for project financing requirements of three projects scheduled to reach financial close during 2016 and 2017.

JCM Capital said it had a pipeline of more than 500MW in utility-scale solar projects and 2,000MW of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission projects.
