Missouri-based solar developer Birch Creek Energy has acquired DC-based greenfield developer Foundations Solar Partners from equity firm Hull Street Energy.

Based on a multi-year agreement, Nextracker will supply trackers for projects in Texas, Arizona, and Virginia.

Comprising 14 production lines, the factory is expected to begin production on or before the end of October this year.

The project is estimated to generate about 41GWh of clean energy annually.
